E‑world 2026 Almost Fully Booked Months Ahead of Opening

Essen, August 21, 2025

Anticipation is running high for E‑world energy & water, taking place from February 10 to 12, 2026 at Messe Essen – and not just among the organizers. Months before the start of Europe’s leading trade fair for the energy industry, exhibition space is already nearly sold out, despite the addition of an extra hall. The strong demand underlines the importance of E‑world as the central meeting place for the sector.

The newly opened Hall 6 not only provides more space for new and returning exhibitors, but also introduces a new focal point with the Climate Solutions exhibition area. Here, technologies and solutions for decarbonizing energy generation and consumption will be presented. The offering is aimed not only at companies from the traditional areas of the energy industry, but also at energy-intensive industries, the digital economy and the building sector. Exhibitors in Hall 6 will also include companies specializing in storage technologies, grids, project development, electrical engineering, automation and control systems, building automation, grid infrastructure technology, measurement technology and IoT.

Additional Entrance Ensures an Even More Efficient Trade Fair Visit

For the first time, the Entrance Mitte (Central) will also be open for the forthcoming event. It leads directly to the new Hall 6, ensuring shorter routes, improved visitor guidance and more convenient access to the exhibition areas. “The strong demand confirms that E‑world is an indispensable platform for the energy industry,” says Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of E‑world GmbH. “With the additional space in Hall 6 and the new Central Entrance, we are focusing on growth while making the trade fair experience even more comfortable for exhibitors and visitors alike,” adds her fellow Managing Director, Sabina Großkreuz.
