E‑world 2026: Record Number of Bookings Already

There are still nine months to go until next E‑world – and demand for Europe’s leading trade fair for the energy industry is stronger than ever. Already, 85 percent of the previous event’s space has been booked. Leading companies from the energy industry and related sectors as well as start-ups and niche players will gather at Messe Essen from February 10 to 12, 2026. A preview of the exhibitors can now be viewed in the new floor plan, available at www.e-world-essen.com earlier than ever before.

“The fact that so many companies have already confirmed their participation highlights the relevance of E‑world as the central meeting place for the energy industry. To meet this strong demand, we are expanding the exhibition area next year by adding Hall 6 – creating more space for innovative topics and strong market players,” says Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of E‑world GmbH.

Her Managing Director colleague Sabina Großkreuz adds: “With the additional Hall 6, we are also opening the Entrance Centre for the first time. This creates a new route layout that benefits both exhibitors and visitors. Three entrances mean more convenience, better orientation and even more efficient participation in the trade fair.”

Digital E‑world Community adds value

Alongside the physical event, E‑world continues to focus on digital networking. The E‑world Community offers access to the current exhibitor list, which will be available online starting in July. As usual, members will then have access to extended information, including contact details and personal representatives – ideal for targeted networking and efficient trade fair preparation. Registration is free of charge at https://community.e-world-essen.com/.

The Community is complemented by a year-round webinar program covering topics through June such as cyber resilience, IT transformation and securing skilled workers for municipal utilities. The “E‑world Kick-off” from September 16 to 18 will mark the digital prelude to E‑world 2026. In high-profile panel discussions, current topics from the German and European energy sector will take center stage. So the “E‑world Kick-off” will provide a preview of the trade fair in February.
