E‑world 2026 fully booked with over 1,100 exhibitors
Excellent prospects for E‑world energy & water: With a record number of more than 1,100 exhibitors, Europe’s leading trade fair for the energy industry is fully booked. At the same time, its international reach continues to expand. Visitors from 85 countries are expected at Messe Essen from February 10-12, 2026.
The strong importance of E‑world is clearly reflected in the allocation of exhibition space. For the first time, Hall 6 is available this year as an additional exhibition hall – and it has already been completely booked. “The response exceeds our expectations,” says Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of E‑world GmbH. “Even before the event opens, the figures clearly show that E‑world is the central meeting place for the transformation of the energy industry – in Germany, Europe and beyond.” Six exhibition halls, three central entrances and the connecting Galeria provide optimal conditions for exhibitors and visitors at E‑world 2026.
Outlook: E‑world 2027 continues to grow
The trade fair team is already planning for next year: “In order to meet the continuing strong demand, we are expanding the exhibition space again for E‑world 2027,“ says Sabina Großkreuz, also Managing Director of E‑world GmbH.
Rebooking for 2027 has already started, giving exhibitors the opportunity to secure their stand space at an early stage. Registrations can also be made directly during E‑world at the Rebooking Office in Hall 4.
With the new halls, a new thematic focus is also coming into view. Under the title “Resilient Infrastructure”, the spotlight will be on solutions for robust energy and infrastructure systems – ranging from IoT and sensor technology to IT security and robotics. These topics address key challenges of the energy transition and are highly relevant not only at national level, but internationally as well. The program is complemented by the Municipalities Day, which is establishing itself as a central platform for exchange among municipal decision-makers.
